i like the way u draw for these abstract art~ it reminds me when i was studying in the foundation class, i have an assignment something like design abstract and surreal art :XD:

Hi Misa, Thank you for the compliment. I guess I began in reverse. Initially always drawing realistically, then moving to the abstract. I like to mix up my paintings though. Usually do a few realistic ones a year. Then because these take so much time, I do a few abstracts and experiments in between. Quicker results and satisfies my need to create new things.

Hi Krris, I'm happy you liked the painting. Did you see the "Comedy" mask that is the companion to the Tragedy?

I like the rose you did on the phantom mask drawing. You are off to a good start. If you want any advice on painting, please feel free ask

Yes I did see the Comedy in passing when I was browsing around but I don't think I left a comment; they were both excellent!

And thank you very much about the phantom mask rose - I hope to take my art much further as I get older, and its nice to hear that you think I'm starting off well. (:
