Falling Woman

Acrylic on Canvas. OK... this one didn't work out so well. It looked so much better in my sketchbook. When I did the lines with pencil, I was just flicking my wrist and they were clean and crisp. I wasn't going to paint the sketch, then I had an idea on how to make the lines. I first painted the canvas black, then put on the background colors thick and used a palette knife to try the same flick.... didn't work... then had to try and use a brush. I just could not reproduce the crisp lines.. Oh well...
