Communication is Hard Work

How many times have you heard some relationship expert say that the secret to keeping the relationship is communication and that communication is hard work?

I was thinking about how men and women interact and had the idea that the wheels of one person's mind spin the wheels of another person.

I drew the sketch while sitting in a cool lounge in Munich (O2 lounge). It was kind of fun, at least a dozen people came up to me and either looked over my shoulder or asked me what I was doing.

Never thought I would paint it because of the mechanical contraption, but too many people told me I should try. This canvas has sat, in various stages of completion on my easel or floor for the past four or five months. Finally decided to go for it and completed it last night.
