This piece is a bit of a psychological experiment. I mentioned on an earlier piece, that young children were very attracted to the colorful glass paintings that I do every now and then.

I got the idea to do a very heavily textured piece with knife and go overboard with the color. I want to observe the children when they visit to see if they want to touch it. I'm also very curious as one of our child visitors may be borderline autistic. The texture dried to many points and in my reading on autism, this kind of texture may prove to be a negative experience.
